R. v. J.C.
Client was charged with domestic assault and mischief under $5,000. He allegedly threw a glass cup at his wife and pushed a bathroom door into her. He maintained his innocence throughout. We had both charges withdrawn before trial in exchange for a peace bond.

Client was charged with criminal harassment for allegedly making numerous threatening calls to his estranged wife. We defended him at trial and demonstrated the Crown had only evidence of motive but no proof identifying the source of the calls.
